When should I schedule an initial consultation?
It depends on your wedding date. Eight to ten months prior to your wedding is usually sufficient to secure our services. For the busiest times of the year (May, June, September & October), the earlier you contact us the better. Many of our clients contact us up to 12 months before the event.
We have also planned gorgeous events in much tighter time frames. Keep in mind, we book a limited number of events. Do not put off calling us too long. Check to see if your date is available. View our calendar below.
What can I expect?
First, we listen!! Your special occasion is when you need someone to listen to what you want and make your floral vision a reality.
Our commitment: A Bride's Choice designs wedding flowers that are fresh and captivating. No matter what stage of planning you are in, whether you know exactly which flowers you want or just have a color scheme, we ask plenty of questions to help define the desired look and feel. We address your concerns as our experienced consultant offers valuable guidance.
What should I bring to the appointment?
All this information is vital in preparing a detailed, customized proposal. We email a proposal for your review and approval. You retain our services with a minimum 1/3 deposit and signed contract.
There are two ways to request a personal consultation.
We accept day or evening appointments. However, due to our event schedule, we limit weekend consultations.
The A Bride's Choice team, including your consultant will arrive early (at a prearranged time) to deliver bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres for you and the wedding party. We will set up any floral designs for the ceremony and deliver, prep and place any arrangements necessary for your reception.
We will not leave until every blossom and stem is perfectly in place and ready for your big day!
