Let’s have a heart-to-heart about your special day! During our complimentary consultation, we’ll dive into your wedding vision and all of the little details that make it uniquely yours. We’re all about getting to know you and your finace, so that when you see our floral creations, you’ll be wowed and say, “This is so us! A Bride’s Florist rocks!”

STEP 2

Lock in your special day! Finalize the deal, pay the retainer, and let’s join forces to turn your wedding dreams into reality. We’ll share all the juicy details like timelines, expectations, and resources to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

STEP 3

Psst, let me fill you in on a little secret: preparation is key. It’s essential for what we do. Sure, we could snap our fingers and create a stunning floral masterpiece, but where’s the fun in that? Instead, we get busy planning and sourcing the best blooms in town. For our Full-Service Design clients, we leave no rose unturned, working tirelessly to perfect every detail. And when we’re not elbow-deep in flowers, we’re liaising with your other wedding vendors to make sure your big day is a flawless affair.

It’s your big day! Let’s Celebrate! You and your partner can finally kick back to take in and enjoy your wedding. You will be free to relax and let us handle all the nitty-gritty details. Our team is all about fresh flowers, so we’re at our busiest in the 24-48 hours before you say “I do.” Rest assured, we’ll have everything prepped, arranged and set up to perfection.

How do I book your services for my event?

To book our services, you need to fill out a contact form on our website with some basic information about your event. We will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule a consultation, where we will discuss your vision and preferences in more detail. After the consultation, we will send you a proposal and a contract for your review and approval. To secure your date, you need to sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit of the total amount.

When should I book your services?

We recommend booking our services as soon as possible, preferably at least 6 to 12 months before your event date. This will ensure that we have enough time to plan and design your floral arrangements, as well as secure the availability of your desired flowers. However, we also accept last-minute bookings, depending on our availability and the scope of your event.

What is your style and specialty?

Creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for weddings and events brings us joy. Our style is versatile and adaptable, as we can work with any theme, color palette, and mood that you have in mind. However, we are especially known for our romantic, whimsical, and organic designs that feature lush and seasonal flowers, greenery, and textures

      Deborah was super easy to work with and very communicative. We were planning our Indianapolis wedding from another state and she made sure we felt confident in our floral options and choices. I had my heart set on having anemones in my garden bouquet and she delivered! We had a modest floral budget and wanted to reuse some ceremony pieces at the reception. Deborah made sure that the venue team and our planner understood how to move the florals and provided us with “take home” vases/vessels so our guests could enjoy the florals the next day. I have received so many compliments on the florals from our April 2022 wedding - something I didn’t think a lot of guests would notice. I loved the bridal bouquet Deborah created so much I had it preserved and made into a jewelry tray so I could enjoy Deborah’s artistry forever.       Wonderful florist. There was some lack if attention to detail about where certain flowers should go (there were 2 large structures needing decoration, only 1 was initially decorated, but it was fixed), but otherwise perfect, stunning work.       The flower garlands that Deborah made for our wedding were perfect and she sent us pictures prior to the wedding to make sure the colors were what we wanted. Some details were missed despite being discussed multiple times like where the garlands were supposed to go (this was fixed) but overall, we were very happy with the services we received.       Deborah was absolutely amazing and such a beautiful soul. I love her entire family. Such nice amazing people and they worked so hard to set up and take down my wedding. I have much love for them all!
However my wedding was 6 months ago and I am still crying over how much they botched my flowers. It is like they only looked at the colors and not any other part of the contract. My wedding colors were blue and green and she brought me a purple wedding and bouquet. She was nice enough to run down and remake my bouquet- but it was falling apart before I even got to the ceremony and wasn’t what I ordered in the end. It honestly has ruined my memory of my wedding. I didn’t even receive one boutonnière and one corsage that I ordered. They made those purple too! Like the contract was completely null and voided for whatever reason. It clearly stated green ribbons and no roses, but it was all purple and purple roses.
I’m not trying to deter anyone from going through her- but make sure to be VERY clear and follow up with what you expect. Don’t just give her your blind trust. I don’t want anyone else to hurt the way that I am because I just trusted she would remember our consultation and the notes.
Again, wonderful family. But the business portion of my experience was not met.
I do not have pictures of the wrong bouquet because I was so distraught, but here is the “Cala Lilly and eucalyptus” bouquet that I was promised. She did get our ceremony right though. I was very happy with that. Just sucks my bouquet and reception was so wrong.
